DRAGONS

The Origins of the Dragon are not known, although they were found only in one corner of the known world, in the Human Mainlands. Dragons were all roughly the same intelligence, being about as smart as a Dog or Cat. There were atleast 4 races of the dragons, but only two which were dominant. The Flying Dragonis, and the King Dragons.

The Flying Dragonis, were the only flying species though all 4 had "wings" of one sort or another. In comparison to the rest, they were tame, and slightly smarter, though one would still want to be carefull around them, as a toast human/Lobster was always a good treat for a dragon. Although large in size, they were smaller considerably than the King Dragons. Their wings however were huge, as needed to support them in flight. Flying Dragonis, could be completly brought under human control if held in captivit long enough. This was the race that the humans captured and used as "Flying war Cavalry." Sir Rouge's Dragon was of this race.

The King Dragons dwarfed even the Flying Dragonis, and were highly tempered, and the most deadly of all the races. Early upon the discovery of these beasts, humans tried to hunt them, but the casualty rates were so high upon men, that this was quickly abandoned, though "heroes" would often still try to take down the beasts, usually finding the Dragon also seemed to like hunting them. The King Dragon had wings, but they were incredibly small, and served no real purpose, as far as man or lobster could tell. However, their legs were much more sturdy, their fire much hotter, and their mouths much larger than the other dragons. Thus, they were feared, and now and agin, one would stray and demolish a human settlment. Those are the two main types of Dragons.
