Here is a small poem written by a famous lobster poet of the time, in response to a anti-lobster human song. IT is more or less a parody of the human arts. The human song is down at the bottom of the page.

LOBSTER DINNER

The greatness surrounds you all around,

In this feast the Lobster abounds.

Nothing beats a Lobster feast,

for he is the ultimate dinner beast.

Lobster, Lobster what a feast!

Nothing beats dinner with such a beast.

.

The meal is rare, and not blase,

Never have you seen a meal so grande.

Once in a lifetime will you get this meal,

Yes indeed, it’s quite the deal.

Lobster, Lobster what a feast!

Nothing beats dinner with such a beast.

.

All your friends are too common for this meal,

But you are high class, spicy and real!

You were picked from a million men,

In terms of greatness, you’re a ten!

Lobster, Lobster what a feast!

Nothing beats dinner with such a beast.

.

Now has come the time to eat,

Yes indeed its time for meat!

And as you sit and think it through,

You know it would be even better too…..

If the LOBSTER wasn’t eating YOU.

,

The Human Song lyrics (there is actually a tune to this)

The Lobster, we come and going to eat them,

the lobster, their all going to die,

We're going to eat them, knaw at them and kill them,

And OH what a joy!
